The greatest happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved - loved for ourselves, or rather, loved in spite of ourselves.
Goodness. My friend just sent me this picture. It was taken on the ferry, on my way from Pulau Ubin last week. And look at what I was holding, heineken umbrella, credits go to my groupmates for 'borrowing' it from the uncle. Everyone just couldnt stop laughing at me, I know.

Yesterday, 19th December 2009. Despite the heavy rain, I still left my place and headed down to Maxwell Chambers to meet Chloe and May for Milkshake. There you go, Once Upon a Milkshake.
I would say that the place is really pretty, love the decorations.
And yeah, 'Taken' HAHA :) - Left for Clarke Quay to have a late lunch with them, Manhattan Fish Market at Central, my first time trying their stuff actually, pretty much like the juicy mushrooms. I am like craving for them now! Some of the food pictures below are what I had for dinner today actually.
Food, so sinful, yet so satisfying. Whatever that is, I have been very nice to my stomach lately. However, I killed it again last night. Went to meet Eelen and her friends at Supperclub last night. That was right after a long day out with Chloe and May, and did I mention this, we did mani/pedi and shopping yesterday. Just because I really felt like drinking and partying, I managed to endure the 1hr and 15min wait for Eelen, what a record breaking wait. Anyway, Supperclub was kinda awesome last night. Free flow till 12am, and Eelen's friends decided to buy us drinks after that. Apparently the guys K.O before us, but no, we girls were perfectly alright, sober and cool, no trace of being high or what so ever. Coincidentally, Ivan was the Dj for last night, and honestly speaking, I think he is damn good! I have yet to redeem my drink from him, shall do so when I visit that place again, teehee! The best sentence heard last night when I was waiting for the cab, 'We really admire you man, you can really drink.' Anyway, bumped into Eadelin in Supper; and she was pushing me to her friend, Eelen was pulling me back, I was almost ripped apart by them. Thank God I was sober enough to know what was going on, I am very proud of myself :D

Knocked out at 430am. Woke up early this morning to write my GESL event reflection before I left for town to join Bronson, Martin, Maureen, Shuying & Yichun. Initially, we wanted to go fly kites but the weather wasnt very pleasing. Ended up eating at Heeren's Shokudo, and drinking KOI bubble tea brought all the way to town from AMK for all of us, thanks to Bronson! And after loving KOI bubble tea for so long, I JUST REALISED that the word KOI is actually 豆! Just tilt the cup when you buy it next time, I was so amazed, like a retard, I know.
While the rest of them were busy shopping at 313, Bronson, Yichun and I were busy looking at the Heineken thingy outside California Fitness. Nice. To sum up our day, we caught the movie 'Bodyguards And Assassin' Eh not bad okay, if you compare it with Feng Yun II, then this will be an Oscar winning Film, I mean IF.
If you cant take those gruesome bloody scenes, I suggest you don't watch it. Jackie Cheung appeared in the show for 5min. Leon Lai spoke less than 5 sentences. Movies nowadays are really very interesting. -
Nice meeting so many people in just two days. I am happy. I am happy. And I am happy.
