Two heart attacks today.
Thank God Im still alive and for the 'Heavy-duty heart'

I've been throwing away about 2kg worth of stuff on a daily basis,
soon I will be left with nothing but clothes.
If only we can easily throw away 2kg worth of fats daily,
I will have buffet for breakie/lunch/dinner.
Its 2.38am now, I was supposed to sleep at 2am,
but I just found this vintage album of WESTLIFE,
I CAN'T STOP LISTENING TO THE SONGS.
You all should listen to all the old songs too! Hearts many to them.
